Superheated-Water Autoclave with Automatic Load/Unload System
AIPAK Engineering superheated-water autoclave performs terminal sterilization of PP infusion bottles using superheated circulating water spray (105–121 °C) as the sterilization medium, ensuring uniform heat distribution and preventing container deformation. Configured with an automatic bottle loading and unloading system, the autoclave forms the sterilization module of a complete PP bottle IV production line, matched to a 12,000 bottles/hour (500 ml) line.
The pass-through (double-door) chamber is built entirely from SS304 to GB150 pressure-vessel standard, EN285 aligned, with F0-controlled cycles and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant data recording.
Autoclave Sterilization System Features
1.Superheated-water spray system ensures uniform heat distribution with ±1 °C temperature uniformity via multi-nozzle design.
2.Pass-through (double-door) autoclave; sliding door with inflatable seal; cycle starts only after the door is fully closed and locked.
3.Circular chamber structure, fully SS304, design pressure 0.3 MPa, GB150 pressure-vessel standard.
4.Three selectable control modes: time & temperature; F0; or time, temperature & F0 — meeting F0 ≥ 8.
5.Automatic tray steering, folding, bottle loading and unloading with conveyor stations for continuous flow.
6.PLC + HMI + PC + data recorder; 21 CFR Part 11 compliant records with F0 value, temperature, pressure and time.
7.Premium components: Alfa Laval heat exchanger, Spirax Sarco steam trap, GEMU valves, Siemens PLC.
