AIPAK Engineering preparation and CIP/SIP system covers the liquid-preparation core of pharmaceutical production — from concentrated and dilute preparation tanks with magnetic stirring, filtration and weighing, to CIP (clean-in-place) automatic cleaning and SIP (sterilize-in-place) / pure-steam sterilization. The three work together: liquid is prepared in the tanks, then the tanks, pipes and filling lines are cleaned by CIP and sterilized by SIP — all without disassembly.
Every product-contact surface is 316L stainless steel with sanitary, dead-corner-free design; the system runs under PLC automatic control with conductivity monitoring, temperature and concentration sensors, and traceable cleaning records. Delivered as an integrated, GMP-compliant system with IQ/OQ and validation support.

Clean Steam Generator for SIP Process (PLC Automatic)
Produces pure, sterile, pyrogen-free steam (USP standard) from WFI or purified water for SIP (sterilize-in-place) of tanks, pipes and filling systems. Three-stage separation — falling-film evaporation, gravity settling, wire-mesh demisting — ensures steam quality. All contact parts SS316/316L, compact design, PLC automatic control, cGMP compliant.
