Pharmaceutical Liquid Preparation (Mixing) System

AIPAK Engineering liquid preparation system is the mixing core of pharmaceutical liquid production — for injections, infusions, oral liquids and other pharmaceutical solutions. It typically consists of a concentrated preparation tank, a dilute preparation tank, a magnetic stirring system, a filtration unit and a weighing/metering system, connected by sanitary pipework with integrated CIP/SIP interfaces.

The concentrated tank dissolves and mixes the active ingredients at high concentration; the solution is then filtered and transferred to the dilute tank, where it is brought to final volume and homogenized before filling. All product-contact surfaces are 316L stainless steel with sanitary, dead-corner-free design; the magnetic stirrer mixes uniformly with no shaft seal, no leakage and no contamination. The whole system runs under PLC control with temperature, level and concentration monitoring, and can be cleaned by CIP and sterilized by SIP in place.

Concentrated Preparation Tank 

Dissolves and mixes active ingredients at high concentration. 316L, jacketed for heating/cooling, magnetic stirrer, sanitary dead-corner-free design, with temperature and level sensors.

Dilute Preparation Tank 

Brings the filtered concentrate to final volume and homogenizes before filling. 316L, magnetic stirring, level and concentration monitoring, CIP/SIP interface.

Magnetic Stirring System 

Bottom-mounted magnetic stirrer — no shaft seal, no leakage, no dead corner. Uniform mixing without introducing contamination; speed adjustable on HMI.

Filtration & Transfer 

Sanitary filtration between concentrated and dilute tanks; clamp-connected pipework, no sanitary dead corners.

Weighing / Metering System 

Accurate dosing of raw materials and solution; integrated with PLC for recipe management.
