AIPAK Engineering Automatic Syrup Filling Line
AIPAK Engineering syrup filling line is a complete turnkey system for pharmaceutical syrups and oral liquids, integrating CIP cleaning, vertical air bottle washing, high-speed filling & capping, camera-vision level detection, measuring-cup capping, round-bottle labeling, cartoning and case packing into one continuous line. It handles 30 ml–250 ml glass or plastic bottles (changed by specification parts) at up to 150 bottles/min, with 16 ceramic pumps and 316L product-contact parts.
The line runs under full-servo Siemens PLC control, with camera-vision fill-level detection and automatic rejection, no-bottle-no-fill / no-bottle-no-cap protection, and a separated CIP pipeline to prevent cross-contamination. From bottle washing to case packing, the whole line is delivered as one contract — designed to GMP & CE, with IQ/OQ and FAT/SAT protocols.

The complete APSF-16S syrup line links CIP cleaning, vertical air washing, 16-pump high-speed filling with 12-head capping, camera-vision level detection & reject, measuring-cup capping (APK-M-8), round-bottle labeling, cartoning and case packing into one full-servo turnkey line. Automatic Glass Bottle Syrup Filling Production Line
AIPAK Engineering glass bottle syrup filling production line is composed of four types of equipment: bottle unscrambler, bottle washing machine, tunnel sterilization oven, and liquid filling and capping machine. Each equipment can also be working independently; it can automatically complete bottle unscrambling, cleaning, pre-heating, sterilization, drying, cooling, filling, screw (rolling) capping, and other processes and is suitable for syrups, tinctures, wines, health products, beverages, sauces and other liquids with different viscosity in the Aipak Engineering.
