APSF-16S Full-Servo Automatic Syrup Production Line
AIPAK Engineering APSF-16S full-servo syrup production line is a complete turnkey system for pharmaceutical syrups and oral liquids. It integrates a 300L CIP cleaning system, buff-table feeder, vertical air washing machine, 16-pump high-speed filling & 12-head capping machine, camera-vision level detection & reject, APK-M-8 measuring-cup capping machine, APCL-80 round-bottle labeling machine, APC-260 cartoning machine and APK-500 case packer into one continuous line — completing washing, filling, capping, measuring-cup capping, labeling, cartoning and case packing automatically.
The line handles 30 ml–250 ml glass or plastic bottles (changed by specification parts) at up to 150 bottles/min, with 16 ceramic pumps and 316L product-contact parts. It runs under full-servo Siemens PLC control, with camera-vision fill-level detection and rejection, no-bottle-no-fill / no-bottle-no-cap protection, and a separated CIP pipeline. Each machine can also run standalone or in linkage line.

300L CIP Cleaning System
Acid, alkali and hot-water in-place cleaning for the whole line. Includes 300L alkaline/acid/hot-water tanks and 30L concentrated acid/alkali tanks, SS316L contact parts, with conductivity meter, PH detector, temperature sensors, plate heat exchanger and steam control. Automatic detection, dosing, discharge and adjustment of the cleaning fluid — acid washing removes calcium/mineral residues, alkali washing removes fat/protein by saponification.
Vertical Air Washing Machine
Non-contact air washing for 30–250 ml oral-liquid bottles. Bottles are separated by screw and sent to the ultrasonic pre-wash area, then clamped by the 40-station disc, flipped 180° (mouth down), and flushed inside and outside by purified compressed air. Curved mesh belt isolated from the water tank (GMP), frequency-conversion speed, breakage rate ≤ 0.01%. 150–200 bpm (100–120 ml).
16-Pump Filling & 12-Head Capping Machine
Screw or star-wheel bottle feeding, 16-head tracking filling with 16 ceramic pumps (316L needles), and 12-head continuous capping. One-to-one servo drive with precision ball screw (zero-backlash) enables recipe management and individual fill-volume fine-tuning on the HMI. Anti-drip / anti-leak plunger tracking; no-bottle-no-fill. Magnetic capping, torque adjustable. 150 VPM (125 ml), capping acceptance ≥ 99.8%.
Camera-Vision Level Detection & Reject
Machine-vision camera checks the fill level of each bottle and automatically rejects out-of-spec bottles, ensuring fill consistency before capping.
APK-M-8 Measuring-Cup Capping Machine
High-speed measuring-cup capping — the measuring cup is fed by electromagnetic vibration and crimped onto the bottle mouth by eccentric single-knife follow-up rolling. 8 capping heads, ≥ 120 bottles/min, capping acceptance ≥ 99.5%, breakage ≤ 0.05%. No-bottle-no-cap, with cup-detection reject. GMP, no dead corners.
APCL-80 Round Bottle Labeling Machine
In-line → turntable feeding → differential bottle sorting → batch-code printing & labeling → vision detect & reject. YASKAWA servo labeling (1200/min response, 0.2 mm stop accuracy), ±1 mm labeling accuracy, 150–300 bottles/min (50 ml). SUS304 + T6061 aluminum. Optional CCD print-detection and photoelectric missing-label detection with reject.
APC-260 High-Speed Cartoning Machine
Continuous cartoning up to 260 cartons/min, with leaflet folding/insertion, embossing batch print, and reject of unqualified cartons/leaflets. SEW motor, Danfoss inverter, Busch vacuum pump, Siemens PLC.
APK-500 Case Packer (with APDL-200 Sealing)
Automatic case packing — sorting, packing, partition insertion, transparent-tape sealing and packing-list insertion. Paired with APDL-200 diagonal sealing tape machine (60–200 boxes/min). Complete end-of-line into a full packaging line.
