AIPAK Engineering inspection and detection equipment covers the quality-control step after filling, stoppering and capping — visual (light) inspection, container leak detection, and bottle-surface cleaning. The range handles ampoules, vials, lyophilized vials and oral liquid bottles from 1 ml to 500 ml, in fully automatic and semi-automatic configurations.
Visual inspection machines use high-speed industrial cameras and image-analysis software to detect foreign particles, cracks, fill-level and closure defects; leak detection uses high-frequency high-voltage (HVLD) sensing to find micro-holes and sealing defects without contacting the product; and bottle outside cleaning & drying removes residues from the container surface before labeling. All machines are built to GMP, with data recording to GAMP and validation documentation.
AIPAK Engineering provides the full container quality-control set — visual inspection, leak detection and surface cleaning — as standalone machines or integrated in-line, all GMP-compliant with validation support.

AIPAK Engineering automatic visual inspection machine for ampoules (APKDJ-400/600/800) is a single-machine double-station system that detects foreign particles, cracks, coke head/carbonization and closure defects in filled containers. Using infrared light and high-speed industrial cameras with image-analysis software, it inspects ampoules, vials and oral liquid bottles from 1–500 ml, automatically separating qualified and defective products.

AIPAK Engineering ampoule/vial leak detection machine (AJL300) uses high-frequency high-voltage (HVLD) sensing to detect micro-holes, cracks and sealing defects on the body, bottom and neck of filled containers. Non-destructive and non-contact — the electrodes never touch the product — it inspects 1–20 ml ampoules, vials and oral liquid bottles at 300–400 bottles/min, with a defect-reject system.

Automatic Bottle Outside Cleaning and Drying Machine
AIPAK Engineering automatic bottle outside cleaning and drying machine (APKWX-300 to 600) removes drug residue from the outer surface of filled containers after capping, ensuring firm label adhesion and clean handling downstream. It uses rough + fine washing (with water recycling) and room-temperature air drying — no heating — for ampoules, vials and oral liquid bottles from 1–250 ml, up to 1,000 bottles/min.
