Low-Speed Oral Liquid Filling-Capping Line (Compact)

AIPAK Engineering low-speed oral liquid line is a compact filling-capping and labeling line for plastic oral-liquid bottles. Built to GMP with 304 stainless-steel frame and 316L product-contact parts, it is the main metering filling-capping unit for an oral-liquid linkage line — completing metering filling and capping of oral-liquid bottles, followed by horizontal self-adhesive labeling.
The metering filling & capping machine uses 12 ceramic-pump filling heads with servo one-to-one control (individual fill-volume adjustment on the HMI) and 8 screw-capping heads, running at 6,000 bottles/hour with ±1% filling accuracy and capping acceptance ≥ 99.9%. A large-diameter slow-speed bottle-push plate with stainless-steel pump tracking gives drip-free filling. Paired with a horizontal self-adhesive labeling machine (120–250 bottles/min), it forms a complete entry-level line — compact footprint, few operators, ideal for small-to-medium batch production. Each machine can run standalone or in linkage line.

Metering Filling & Capping Machine (12-Head Filling + 8-Head Capping)

The main metering filling-capping unit for the oral-liquid line. A progressive side screw feeds bottles in; a large-diameter slow-speed bottle-push plate with stainless-steel pump tracking fills without dripping; a simple capping tube and oscillator with magnetic tracking capping seals the bottle; a roller bottle-collection device discharges. Filling uses 12 Shupuer ceramic pumps (316L needles) with servo one-to-one control — fill volume adjustable individually on the touch screen. 8-head screw capping grabs and tops the outer cap. igus (Germany) oil-free bearings; three-level fine-tuning rolling knife seals the bottle without rotating, tighter and smoother. No-bottle-no-cap / no-bottle-no-screw functions. 6,000 bottles/hour, ±1%, capping acceptance ≥ 99.9%.

Horizontal Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine

Horizontal-transmission, horizontal-labeling machine for round or semi-round bottles — high stability, high labeling efficiency. Vertical hopper auto bottle-feeding, flexible bottle separation and conveyor, three-point positioning for labeling precision. PLC + micro-stepping label feeding, cam-type brake for uniform tension. Labeling speed 120–250 bottles/min, accuracy ±1 mm, bottle diameter 25–120 mm. Optional ribbon coding / inkjet printing for batch number and production date (labeling-coding integrated). SUS304 + T6 aluminum frame, GMP compliant, breakage < 1 in 100,000.
