PLC Full Automatic Clean Steam Generator for SIP Process
AIPAK Engineering clean steam generator uses water for injection or purified water to produce pure, sterile, pyrogen-free steam for SIP (sterilize-in-place) of pharmaceutical tanks, pipes, filters and filling systems — effectively preventing re-contamination by heavy metals, pyrogens and other impurities. With reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption, it is ideal for pharmaceutical sterilization and meets the EU GMP standard.
The clean steam generator consists of an evaporator, a preheater and an electric automatic control part. To ensure pure-steam quality, the evaporator uses a three-stage separation method: falling-film evaporation, gravity settling and wire-mesh demisting.
