Leak Detection, Visual Inspection & Packing Line for PP IV Bottles
AIPAK Engineering inspection & packing line completes the downstream section of a PP bottle IV production line. After sterilization, bottles pass through high-voltage leak detection (HVLD) and AI-based visual inspection, then labeling, cartoning, checkweighing, case sealing and robotic palletizing, with full data track & trace. The line is designed for 500 ml and 1,000 ml PP infusion bottles at up to 12,000–15,000 bottles/hour.
The combined leak-and-vision inspection uses HVLD (detection sensitivity ≥ 50 μm) and an AI inspection mode that identifies particulates, liquid-level errors, cap, pull-ring, hanging-ring and bottle-body defects — rejecting non-conforming bottles automatically.
