Your Turnkey ISBM Plastic Bottle IV Production Line Provider

  • One-step Injection-Stretch-Blow-Molding — form, fill and seal PP bottles in one line
  • Turnkey scope: molding-filling-sealing + sterilization + inspection & packing
  • Full IQ/OQ/PQ validation package, EU-GMP / PIC-S aligned

AIPAK Engineering ISBM Plastic Bottle IV Production Line

AIPAK Engineering ISBM plastic bottle IV production line forms, fills and seals polypropylene (PP) infusion bottles in one continuous process. PP granules are injection-molded into a preform with an integrated neck ring, stretch-blown into a bottle, then washed, filled and sealed on a monoblock washing-filling-sealing line — all under PLC control with CIP/SIP capability.
Because the bottle is produced and filled in-house on one line, there is no need to buy, wash, transport and store empty bottles. This makes ISBM the high-throughput, cost-efficient route for manufacturers supplying large-volume and public-tender infusion markets. A typical line produces 12,000–13,000 bottles/hour for 500 ml PP bottles (approx. 6,000 bottles/hour for 1,000 ml), sterilized at 121°C.
The line handles conventional infusion, special infusion, flushing / irrigation and standard electrolyte solutions in PP bottles from 500 ml to 1,000 ml.
AIPAK Engineering delivers the complete IV fluid plant as one turnkey package — bottle molding-filling-sealing, autoclave sterilization, and inspection & packing — under one contract, with a full IQ/OQ/PQ validation document set.

ISBM Plastic Bottle IV Production Line

ISBM Molding-Filling-Sealing Line for PP IV Bottles

The core line integrates a high-speed PP preform injection molding machine, servo-controlled bottle blowing, and a washing-filling-sealing monoblock. Preforms are injection-molded with an integrated preform-and-neck-ring mold, stretch-blown into PP bottles, then washed by ion-air cleaning, filled by time-pressure hard-pipe filling, and hot-melt sealed — with in-line CIP/SIP.

Output up to 12,000–13,000 bottles/hour (500 ml PP bottle)

One-step molding → blowing → washing → filling → sealing

Hard-pipe time-pressure filling with CIP/SIP

Superheated-Water Autoclave with Auto Load/Unload

Terminal sterilization by superheated circulating water spray (105–121°C) for PP bottles, with automatic bottle loading and unloading. The pass-through (double-door) autoclave is built to GB150 pressure-vessel standard, EN285 aligned, with F0-controlled cycles and 21 CFR Part 11 compliant data recording.

Superheated-water spray, 105–121°C, ±1°C uniformity
Automatic tray loading / unloading system
F0 control, EN285 & GMP aligned, GB150 pressure vessel

Leak Detection, Visual Inspection & Packing Line

Downstream inspection and packing: high-voltage leak detection, AI-based visual inspection (particles, liquid level, cap, pull-ring, hanging-ring, bottle body), followed by labeling, cartoning, checkweighing, case sealing and robotic palletizing — with full data track & trace.

HVLD leak detection + AI visual inspection
Labeling → cartoning → checkweigh → palletizing
Data track & trace, GMP compliant
