Suspension Vial Filling-Stoppering-Capping Line
AIPAK Engineering RQJS-4 suspension vial line is the main equipment for filling suspensions into vials. It consists of a bottle feeder, a 4-pump filling & stoppering machine and a single-head servo capping machine. The filling machine uses a 4-pump rotary peristaltic system with a robotic stopper-placement system (no bottle, no filling; no bottle, no stoppering); the capping machine uses a single-head, three-knife servo capping system.
Because suspensions carry solid particles and settle easily, the line is built around peristaltic-pump filling — the liquid touches only the tubing, so there is no shearing, no dead-corner build-up, easy cleaning and no cross-contamination. It handles glass or plastic vials from 100 ml to 500 ml at a stable 35–40 bottles/min (peristaltic pump), rising to 40–50 bottles/min with 316L stainless-steel pumps. Designed for flexibility and quick changeover between container sizes; each machine can run standalone or in linkage line.
Bottle Feeder (RQGP)
Motor-driven turntable that rotates vials on the working platform and guides them smoothly along the track into the filling machine. Ensures a smooth connection between upstream and downstream equipment, prevents bottle tipping and jamming, and stays synchronized with the filling machine for continuous operation. Made of SUS304 stainless steel with a 3 mm-thick stainless-steel turntable. 220V, 0.3 kW, 1250×900×1015 mm.
4-Pump Filling & Stoppering Machine (RQJS-4)
The core of the line. An integrated steel frame (nut-positioned, baked-paint anti-rust) replaces the old welded frame to prevent deformation and hold precision. Filling uses 4 peristaltic pumps — the medicine touches only the tubing, giving gentle, shear-free handling of suspensions, no dead-corner build-up and easy cleaning. Robotic stopper placement follows, with no-bottle-no-fill and no-bottle-no-stopper protection and a low-noise stopper sorter. Fill volume is set on the touch screen; height-adjust positions have scales; each part is numbered for identification. 4 filling heads, 100–500 ml, ±1%, stable 35–40 bottles/min (peristaltic) / 40–50 bottles/min (316L pump). Product-contact parts 316L; 380V, 4 kW, 2400×1400×1700 mm.
Servo Capping Machine (RQZ)
Single-head, three-knife servo capping. Turntable positioning aligns the vial; cylinders hold the vial firmly to stop it turning with the cap, ensuring a secure outer-cap seal. An anti-jamming device lets the capping head slip after the cap is tight, protecting the cap from burrs. The upgraded capping box replaces the old belt structure with imported oil-based material — no wear, no parts to replace, lower noise, no dropped caps. Shaker cap-sorter with missing-cap alarm. Stable 50 bottles/min (design 60 bottles/min); 100–500 ml; 380V, 4 kW; Siemens touch screen with three-level password.
