APK-GZB1000 Prefilled Syringe High Speed Filling Production Line
APK-GZB1000 prefilled syringe high-speed filling line is based on boxed (nested RTU) prefilled syringes, and completes unpacking, film tearing, lining-paper removal, filling and plugging — realizing the filling and sealing of the liquid medicine. Because it uses ready-to-use nested syringes that need no cleaning or sterilization, there is no need for washing machines, dryers or similar equipment, which lowers equipment cost and contamination risk. The stopper is inserted immediately after filling, so the medicine’s exposure time is short and the contamination risk is low.

7.Ceramic-pump servo filling, accuracy ±1.5%, with back-suction anti-drip (no residual drop at needle) and level-tracking needle.
8.Plunger stoppering: 316L insertion tube/rod, stopper upside-down detection, side clamp.
9.Full-servo screw-capping: each station independent servo, torque & speed set on HMI, no cap damage.
10.Reject station: uncapped / unfilled / wrong-stopper-position / high-low level / empty syringes all rejected.
11.Visual inspection: stopper height + capping distance.
12.SCADA system: large storage, alarm & batch report, audit trail, log report.
13.Stoppering & screw-cap acceptance ≥ 99.5%; working height 850 ±30 mm; noise ≤ 70 dB.
