Plastic Bottle BFS(Blow Fill Seal)Machine LVP (large volume parenteral) Production Line

AIPAK Engineering plastic bottle BFS machine LVP production line integrates molding, filling and sealing under complete control, packaging solution into polypropylene / high-density & low-density polyethylene bottles. The process automatically extrudes plastic granules into a parison at high temperature, thermoforms the container with sterile filtered air, fills sterilized and filtered liquid by time-pressure, and tightly seals the container in a controlled aseptic environment.

The line reduces contamination from human operation, environment and material, and meets aseptic production requirements across a wide range of plastic-bottle sterile liquid preparations — from small volumes up to 1,000 ml LVP bottles.

Plastic Bottle BFS Machine LVP Production Line Features:

  1. Design, MOC, manufacturing, assembly and debugging meet new GMP / FDA drug-production standards.

  7. SS304 hopper at the extrusion station with level switch linked to feeding; "lack of material" alarm on the HMI.
  8. For large-capacity products, container wall thickness is controlled at 100 points by an advanced thickness controller; a precision servo motor controls the gap between mold core and mold cup.
  9. Time-pressure filling with high precision, covering a wide filling range to ensure production speed.
  10. Black / white zone design: moving parts isolated in the non-clean (black) zone, only essential components and operations in the clean (white) zone — reducing clean-room area and particle count.
  11. CIP/SIP (automatic in-place cleaning / sterilization) capable.
  12. Configurable on-line monitoring for dust particles and planktonic bacteria.
  13. Non-contact inner interface during bottle transfer — eliminates visible foreign matter.
  14. Fully automatic control and monitoring: color touch-screen HMI, PLC control, automatic protection, host frequency-conversion speed regulation.
