AIPAK Engineering Suspension Vial Filling Line
AIPAK Engineering suspension vial filling line is purpose-built for suspensions — liquids that carry solid particles and tend to settle, cling and clog. It integrates a bottle feeder, a 4-pump filling & stoppering machine and a single-head servo capping machine into one line for glass or plastic vials from 100 ml to 500 ml.
The heart of the line is peristaltic-pump filling: the liquid touches only the tubing, never the pump body — so there is no shearing, no dead-corner build-up of particles, easy cleaning and no cross-contamination. This gentle handling is exactly what suspensions, emulsions and shear-sensitive biologics need. Filling is paired with robotic stopper placement (no-bottle-no-fill, no-bottle-no-stopper) and single-head three-knife servo capping. Product-contact parts are 316L; the line changes over quickly between container sizes.

The complete suspension line links a bottle feeder, a 4-pump peristaltic filling & stoppering machine and a single-head servo capping machine for glass or plastic vials at 35–50 bottles/min, 100–500 ml. Peristaltic pumps handle particle-laden suspensions gently (no shearing, easy CIP); robotic stopper placement gives no-bottle-no-fill / no-bottle-no-stopper protection; three-knife servo capping seals securely. Filling accuracy ±1%. Switching to 316L stainless-steel pumps raises output to 40–50 bottles/min.
