A pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in sterile preparations, with a strong presence in its local market, planning a new high-speed ampoule filling line.
The Challenge — Earning Trust
The enquiry began in June 2025. Like many pharmaceutical manufacturers evaluating a new equipment partner, the client was initially cautious about the equipment — a natural concern when investing in a sterile production line.
Rather than relying on specifications alone, we walked the client through the equipment in detail — its design, its features and the reasoning behind each — and invited them to visit our factory in person. Seeing the equipment first-hand resolved their concerns: the client confirmed it met their expectations.
The Solution — A High-Speed Ampoule Filling Line
In technical discussions, the client specified the highest production speed from 1 ml tol 50ml filling format. We provided a proposal built to that top-end requirement:
1. Ampoule Washing Machine
Front-end, full-servo driven
2. Sterilization Tunnel (Depyrogenation Oven)
Dry-heat depyrogenation
3. Filling & Sealing System
With SIP (sterilize-in-place) cleaning system, plus microbial and dust-particle monitoring

The Result
Building on the factory visit and their hands-on understanding of the equipment, the client moved forward. During our visit to the client in late November 2025, our teams finalized the details and the order was confirmed.
