APKDJ-150 Series Semi-Automatic Light Inspection Machine

AIPAK ENGINEERING APKDJ-150 Semi-automatic light inspection machine is designed for high-efficiency visual inspection of 2–500 ml vials, ampoules, and bottles used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemical industries.It feature single-station operation, optimized for 10 ml injection vials, with an inspection capacity of 80–150 bottles per minute per station.
Multiple units can be connected to form a semi-automatic light inspection line, achieving a throughput of 300 bottles per minute or higher. The equipment meets international regulatory standards including GMP, FDA, EudraGMDP, MHRA, PMDA, TGA, MFDS, and NMPA (CDE).
This series is suitable for a wide range of applications, including pharmaceutical injections, lyophilized powders, oral liquids, cosmetic serums, and health supplements.
The machine uses operator-assisted optical inspection — vials are rotated automatically in front of a black-and-white contrast background, allowing trained operators to easily identify visible defects such as:glass fragments, fibers, and black or white spots, foreign particles, flakes, turbidity, or discoloration, broken vials, defective caps, or missing stoppers.

The lighting inspection machine is designed for maximum visibility, ensuring consistent inspection accuracy even under high-speed operation.
The semi-automatic design reduces manual handling while preserving the precision of human judgment. Operators can work continuously for 45–60 minutes per cycle, achieving an inspection accuracy rate of 90–95%, significantly outperforming traditional manual inspection methods.

The machine’s ergonomic layout minimizes fatigue and ensures high stability. Optional automatic transfer modules allow seamless connection with labeling, washing, or packaging machines, forming a complete semi-automatic production line.
