The system features two synchronized inspection stations, each capable of inspecting up to 100 vials per minute. In dual operation, it reaches 200 vials/minute, and multiple machines can be linked to form an inspection line with a total capacity of 400–1000 vials/minute. This flexible design makes it ideal for 2–100 ml ampoules, vials, oral liquids, and lyophilized products.

AIPAK ENGINEERING APKDJ-500 Semi-automatic light inspection machine adopts an operator-assisted optical inspection method, combining human visual judgment with optimized lighting and mechanical handling.Each vial rotates automatically in front of a black-and-white contrast background, allowing clear detection of:glass fragments, fibers, or metal particles, black spots, white spots, or flakes, turbidity, discoloration, or visible foreign matter, cracks, defective stoppers, or damaged caps.

The ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue and enhances long-term accuracy, achieving up to 95% inspection precision — significantly higher than traditional manual inspection.
