Ampoule Filling Line Details & Features
Vertical Ultrasonic Washing Machine
Inner wall cleaning uses three water and three air cycles, outer wall cleaning uses two water and two air cycles, with online pressure monitoring and recording of all cleaning media. The steam exhaust is equipped with a pneumatic check valve featuring an automatic backflow prevention mechanism and anti-drip design to prevent secondary contamination.

- Automatic lifting protective cover, mist extraction outlet, dehumidification pipeline with condensate collection, and reserved sampling port.

Hot Air Circulation Sterilization Tunnel
The high-efficiency filter adopts a negative pressure sealing method, preventing particle introduction from sealing materials.In the cooling section, ambient air is used to cool the bottles uniformly, reducing the risk of bottle breakage.Equipped with an airflow equalizing device and air volume adjustment system to ensure uniform airflow within the chamber.

- The air pressure balancing control system ensures the pressure differentials between the preheating section and the bottle washing area, as well as between the cooling and preheating sections, ultimately maintaining a stable pressure gradient throughout the oven.

Ampoule Filling And Sealing Machine
The ampoule filling and sealing machine is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor with variable frequency speed control. The filling mechanism is mechanical, utilizing a glass pump for metering. Filling is controlled by an electromagnetic or pneumatic actuator to enable "no bottle, no filling" operation. However, wear particles from the glass pump may enter the liquid. The bottle-infeed screw is driven by a gear speed-increasing system, with an electromagnetic clutch used to control its start and stop functions.
Advantages:
- A movable stopper is installed at the bottle inlet of the bottle-infeed screw. The stopper automatically swings left and right based on the pressure exerted by the bottles, preventing bottle breakage.
