It is mainly used for the high temperature sterilization for the toxic substances in P3 laboratory and biological pharmaceutical industry. Meanwhile, this series equipment has varieties of loading and sterilization programs for users to choose for sterilizing items in different properties. And this machine could be accessorized with secondary living bacilli exterminate system, and biological hard sealing or biological soft sealing to partition the loading and unloading side door area.

AIPAK ENGINEERING MQS-P3 Series biological safety pharmaceutical autoclave adopts horizontal rectangular structure, 304 or 316L stainless steel chamber, high quality vessel plate or 304 stainless steel jacket, and covered by the external plate that is made by draw-benched stainless steel. And the equipment is accessorized with standard GMP verification interface. Industrial control system PLC +HMI has standard "user management, data storage, process management" function, the sterilization process can be traced back, with independent data recording device and industrial control system to ensure data accuracy.
