Plastic Bottle IV Solution Production Line
AIPAK Engineering plastic bottle IV solution production line is composed of plastic bottle injection molding machine, two-step blowing machine and washing, filling and sealing machine; the production process is mainly that plastic particle is molded into bottle embryo by injection molding machine, and then bottle embryo is heated by far infrared ray, and then bottle is blown by biaxial stretch blow molding process. Finally, molded bottles complete the production processes such as bottle washing, filling and sealing through the line. It is mainly used in production of plastic bottle infusion and soft plastic bottle infusion.

1.This machine can be connected with the bottle delivered by the bottle blowing machine through the chain plate track or the manipulator.
2.The bottle washing method of this machine is ion air cleaning, and the ion air nozzle has the function of alarm display and output. The cleaning medium is controlled by pneumatic diaphragm valve, and there is an exhaust gas collection device, which does not pollute the air source.
3.The filling adopts hard pipe connection, and the imported filling valve and control valve have high filling accuracy and can realize cip/sip function.
4.The bottle clamping manipulator for sealing and the cap clamping manipulator are connected by the same guide shaft, ensuring the alignment requirements of the cap and the bottle mouth.
5.The cover management and delivery are closed structures, and equipped with a cover suspension platform to prevent the cover from being polluted.
6.The whole process adopts the way of manipulator clamping the bottle mouth for transportation, PLC program control and automatic completion of each process, which can realize the functions of no washing, no filling and no cap delivery without bottles.
